Richard Serp is the lead consultant for Bennett Peak Consulting. He is an expert at developing technical and creative solutions for his clients in the war room and in the courtroom. He has consulted on hundreds of matters in the fields of Intellectual Property, Product Liability, Antitrust, Contract Dispute, and White Collar Criminal Matters.
Richard has over 25 years of experience in litigation consulting. Prior to founding Bennett Peak Consulting, Richard was a principal at Five Corners Group. He joined RLM/Trialgraphix as the San Francisco site leader, and before that, he was a director in FTI’s Trial Services Practice. His litigation experience extends back to the early 90’s when he was an integral member of Legal Video Services of Oakland, California, a pioneer in Litigation Consulting, where he provided graphic, editing, and software design expertise to hundreds of clients and cases.
Richard holds a B.A. in French Literature from the University of Virginia. His post-graduate work includes Film and Video Production from San Francisco State University and Computer Studies from Santa Rosa Junior College.
